Commercial Description:
An American Wheat Beer brewed with red wheat and boat loads of amarillo hops gives this summer brew a lemony finish. The slight haze in the bottle is from the bottle-conditioning, where yeast is added to the bottle for a secondary fermentation. Gumballhead is a Skingraft Comics hero. Check out Skingraft Comics and Records at <a href=http://www.skingraftrecords.com>SkingraftRecords.com. Cheers!

Golden color, huge huge bubbles that quickly disappaite. Lemon bubblegum and pne in the nose. Very unusual and definetely American. Big hoppy mouth, that is sour and hoppy. No wait, big phenolics dominate the mouth. Moderately bitter finish. The phenolic heads in Japan would love this, as did the Japanese girl I drank this with.

Pours a hazy yellow/orange. Strong aromas of grapefruit, oranges and pine. Very light body, with lots of grapefruit and orange flavors. Smooth finish, with some hop bitterness in the end.

Clean soft gold, hardly any head. Clean juicy hops, wet with pineapple and mango. So clean the hops jump right out and fade out quickly. I don’t see much in the way of wheat, yet this is more along what I would brew for a wheat ale.

12 oz bottle. Pale yellow with average white creamy head, yet with fairly large bubbles. A lot of citrus hops like any good three floyds beer. Flavor is very fresh, pine and citrus hops, some light wheat qualities, a lot of fruit, no banana though. Very creamy, med body. Nice hopped up wheat.

Bottled. I completely agree with the commercial description. Obviously one of the brewers and not the ad folks developed this. The amarillo hops really make this a unique and easy drinking wheat ale. By far my favourite wheat beer so far.

Wow!!! This is wheat beer? Aroma is very hoppy, delightfully so, but rather different for the style. Beer pours dark golden with a not real big off white head that is retained and has nice lacing. There is a lot happening in the flavor department with this one. Initial flavor is purely hoppy, but then the beer broadens and you notice the wheat flavor. There is also a nice dry spicy finish. Not very style specific, but excellent beer nonetheless.

Thanks courtesy of Pepsican. Pours a hazy golden orange with white head. Aroma of fruit and hops. Tastes of citrus fruits like lemons orange and peaches, with a nice bitter hop finish. This is the first FFF beer I have tried and it has certainly lived up to the hype. Outstanding and by far my favorite wheat beer

Bottle. Aroma of citrus/floral hops, grain, and spice. Palate is smooth. Flavor is of grain and hops, lemony finish. Pretty good for a wheat beer, but almost tastes like a pale ale.
