Really strong hoppy aroma for a wheat beer. Lots of lemon and grapefruit. Flavor is also very citrusy with grapfruit dominating and some wheat. Medium body with moderate carbonation. Not a typical wheat beer but very good nonetheless. Thanks Josh. Juelze (920), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 22, 2007 Pours out a hazy yellow color with good amount of white head that fades quickly. Aroma is intensely lemony along with citrus hop notes. The taste models the aroma to a key with some notes of coriander. Carbonation is a little light for my liking. Palate is a little bit astringent for my liking. Also has a light soapiness in the end. Not bad. kseecs16 (914), Naperville, Illinois, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 24, 2006 Bottle poured a hazy light gold with bubbles rising slowly to form a thick white head that evolves into a thin film that leaves considerable lacing. Slightly hoppy aroma with a sweet typical wheat background. Sweet and lemony up front with a bit of bitterness to finish it off. The citrus makes it quite refreshing. The palate is smooth, but watery. danielcurtis81 (913), San Diego, California, USA

The red wheat taste is a lot more subtle then a lot of wheat beers that just aren’t my thing. This one is, by far my favorite wheat to date!! can8ianben (913), Pasadena, California, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 15/20 | Oct 12, 2005 Great. Well crafted, makes me feel like a nice smooth IPA. Great hoppy touches, good malt backbone, not to ballsy. Somewhat thin foamy head that is gone in a jiffy, amber colour, great smooth finishing pine/citrus flavour, money well spent. The aroma is of hops and faint hints of banana. The flavor is sweet, almost banana like, with the hop show to balance. The body is nice and rich, with a good refreshing feel to it. Overall, an interesting wheat. spector (906), Lancaster, Ohio, USA
