Poured a lovely cloudy gold with a froathy head that reduced to small. I have to go with the other reviewers that say this is more a Pale Ale than a wheat beer, whatever style it is, it’s great! bp (484), Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA

Awesome balance of citrus and hops. A little thin on the palate, but wonderfully refreshing. Best suited for summer days, but I’d drink this any (and every) day. MrAndo (39), Baltimore, Maryland, USA

I must say for a wheat beer i was surprized at the flavor, I expected something a little more sweet, but maybe it was the Red wheat? i do not know? what ever it was the beer is an awsome smooth drininking well balenced beer. biggmike (480), Hattiesburg, Mississippi, USA

Flavor is very hoppy and citrusy. Mouthfeel is good and this is a very sessionable beer. This is one of the best wheat beers I’ve had. AOF (282), Naperville, Illinois, USA

I have been waiting a long time to try this one and it did not let me down. Surprisngly hoppy in the nose, Gumballhead comes off more as a pale ale than a wheat. Lots of grapefruit in the nose with caramel malts and just a hint of grain. Medium in body with a clean dry finish. A very good summer beer. craftbeerdesign (770), Alpharetta, Georgia, USA

The Best Wheat beer I’ve ever had..... insanely hoppy for a wheat beer. FFF signature is all over this one. Pours a light gold with a bit of white head. Very strong citrus hop aromas ... followed by a soft citrus based, floral hop presence on the palate. Very smooth through the mouth with the hops and lemon intertwining perfectly. Unlike most wheat beers which tend to be heavier on the lemon - Gumballhead throws some serious hops in the mix. Nice bitter finish that sticks with you for a bit.... excellent beer... I wish FFF was in my area - b/c I would be drinking their beer every week. mnicole (15), asheville, North Carolina, USA
