Aroma is very crisp; hoppy, pine, grass and honey. Taste is very good and refreshing, initially seeming like a Belgian Wit crossed with an American IPA. Pineapples and oranges really come out. Some hints at vanilla and amarillo, transitioning taste to resemble something similar to the sweetness of strawberry Pop Tart frosting. Body is a little thin, but perfect for a summer quaff. Highly hopped and carbonated, but the malts play a good supporting role. Finish is bitter sweet. Summer beer? - hell yes it is. Matches the season perfectly. Thanks for the extra bottle, MrFacto! Poured a nice looking yellow and had a big head that left lots of lacing. The aroma was slightly sweet and so was the first sip. Not too hoppy ... this was unlike any wheat beer I’ve ever had. I’ll wait ’til it gets a bit warmer and try this one again. Styles (1653), Lincoln Park, Michigan, USA

Aroma is grapefruit/citrus hops. Has decent lacing. Flavor is grapefruit, lemon, maybe some orange peel. Has no "wheat" characteristics at all. But would pass for a decent IPA also. Light amber color body with a decent head that left some lacing to it. Flavor had a hoppy citrus aroma and a nice taste of lemons on the palate the was acidic. Good brew and again I had to drink the bommer by myself because the others didn’t want to try something new or just like that common swill. I shouldn’t complain and I don’t. Aroma of up front hops, orange, orther citrus, caramel. Not what I expected from an American Wheat, although I did expect the hops from 3 Floyds. Flavor was more of the hoppy/malt balance. Picked up a slight hint of wheat in the flavor along with lemon and caramel. Very enjoyable/refreshing beer with a great hop presence. intheric (20), Richmond, Virginia, USA

Flavor was a bit frutiy, my wife said it tasted like berry, but I’d echo the apple comments. Very refreshing on a hot summer day. Now if I could only find it in bottles.... Attractive citrusy hop nose and flavor with a nice dash of bitterness on the tongue. Kind of like a wheaty IPA. Delicious. illkarate (92), Bloomington, Indiana, USA

Nothing else like it!
