Not a wheat beer for any addative like a lemon or an orange. It stands quite well on it’s own. I will add this to my regulars. RooftopRogue (423), Champaign, Illinois, USA

The color is a deep gold and produces a thick head. This beer sparks the palate the minute it hits the tongue and is not afraid to linger after it has been swallowed. It has a rich wheaty-hoppy taste infused with hints of grapefruit and lemon. It is smooth but does manage to make the tongue tingle ever-so-slightly. ambergirl (3), Huntsville, Alabama, USA does not count | 4.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 10/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Jun 29, 2005 The golden color and light hoppy finish make this a good appetizer beer, especially on a hot day. jarndyce (38), Idaho, USA

Simply put, this is the finest beer I’ve had in a long time. Fantastic hops. They explode on the nose and palate. Orangey-yellow color. Medium lacing. Fresh, clean. Mindboggling. kiefdog (1637), Tampa, Florida, USA

Pours a golden caramel with a thick, frothy white head. Aroma: sweet and citrusy with a nose of apricot and peaches. Flavor: Sweet and spicey with ripe peach and apricot overtones. Grapefruit bitterness on finish. Excellent and refreshing wheat ale. mnovacanes (49), Munster, Indiana, USA

Aroma: very enjoyable; has a slight rye presence to go along with fruity wheat; gumballs are not out of the question; the amarillo hops seem to show a light American citrus feel but not too present
Flavor: Frankly, it’s delicious! Wheat and rye nicely blended; light malty sweetness provides just enough of a presence;
Mouthfeel: medium body; high carbonation; average texture; above average finish djcoolhark (21), South Bend, Indiana, USA

A lighter taste that’s not overpowering but still has the typical hop FFF taste. Very refreshing, very light. A bright yellow appearance, mildly hazy. kosko20 (313), Bemidji, Minnesota, USA

Aroma is nicely balanced of wheat, hops, lemon and citrus. Flavor is hops and then the lemon and citrus flavors come in. Probably the best wheat beer out there. Palate has a nice sour bitter (very light). Perfect for a wheat ale.
