thanks to General66, Illini08 & Nimrod for picking this up at the 2008 DLD. pours a reddish amber with a nice size khaki head and decent lace as I work my way down the glass. aroma is caramel malts with hints of fruit. flavor is more of the same with delicious, almost sticky hops and more fruit. alcohol is hidden very well, but after all " it is what it is............."

Bottle. Poured a combination of brown and amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma had strong grainy notes with alcohol present. Flavor had strong notes of caramel and grain with a clear alcohol presence. Very thick on the tongue.

16th June 2008. Dark amber clear beer. Oily hops palate and bags of hop flavour. Not short of hop bitterness either. A light touch of malt. Where is the wheat in this? Very drinkable.

650mL bottle from DK. Great beer, up there with Behemoth. Pours beautiful dark amber with lasting white head. Nose of caramel with floral hops. Silky body, with caramel sweetness upfront, brown sugar, and nice piney hop finish.

Bottle Thanks to ditmier for sharing. Pours out a amber topped with a off white head. Aroma was of caramel, floral hops, brown sugar and some rich malts. Taste was much like the aroma. Lots of the caramel sweetness. I think this needed a little time.

Pour is dark orange gold, no head. Aroma is sweet, alcohol, fruits, caramel and earthy hops. Flavor is spicy bitter, sweet and sour (nice combo). Palate is strange, thin but decent. Overall its a good collaboration.

Reddish pour. Small head. Aroma and flavor has tons of hoppy sweetness. Not quite as good as I thought it would be.

Thick body, viscous pour, almost no head. Aroma is pretty big. Some alcohol, caramel and a some oily hops. Citrus hops and some bread. Faint spice and dark fruit flavor with a lot of sticky sweetness and hops.
