Bottle. Pours a clear golden with a one finger short lived white head. Aroma of sweet candied fruit, nutmeg, chamomile, and cotton candy. Taste is the same as aroma. Medium mouthfeel with a mild to moderate amount of bitterness and well hidden alcohol. Different but good.

Aug 24, 2008 22oz. bottle. Poured a hazy yellow, white head. Slightly sweet aroma, a little citrus. Sweet flavor, not too bad.

Aug 22, 2008 Bottle courtesy of BMan1113VR. As a saison this beer is lacking but when you disregard style it is pretty nice. POurs a honey color with a foamy white head. Banana and creme on the nose with clove and yeast. Also some butter and an untoasted biscuit taste. Very interesting. Sticks to the back of the palate and the finish hangs around for a good while. Biter on the end. I enjoyed it.

Aug 22, 2008 Pours with a foamy white heead that goes. Hazy yellow body. Aroma of apple, honey and some pepper. Taste is dry apple, slightly sour some pepper and an interesting yeast note and some diacetyl. Slightly fizzy, dry mouthfeel.

Aug 16, 2008 22oz bottle. Pours golden orange with a quickly dissipating head. A spicy-sweet taste with a distinct hint of candy sugar. The addition of chamomile adds a unique floral aroma and flavor. Not the best from Three Floyds, but nevertheless, a very interesting brew.

Aug 9, 2008 A bit disappointed in this one. Lacks the pastoral character of a genuine saison and the clove, coriander, and cinnamon notes are overdone. Floral and earthy hops keep things on track, but the spicy sweetness is off course. A bit of tweaking is in order.
