It pours a murky orange color with a white head. Aroma is spicy and citrus with some hops. Taste is flowery yet spicy with no after taste it disipates in your mouth fast. The flavor is powerful and hits you in the face.

| 3.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 10, 2009 Pours a golden cloudy yellow orange with nice head that quickly disappears.
Smell is of Wedding Cake, Cinnamon, and Chai Tea.
Taste starts off very sweet and finishes with the taste of ginger and cinnamon. There is no taste of alcohol despite the 9% ABV. I could drink two easily.
Mouthfeel is medium to thin
Drinkability is great the bomber was gone before I knew it.

This one was interesting to try, especially as someone raised on a farm. Reminds me of when the bees made honey from flowers that didn’t quite work, or when I was so hungry I ate the flax out of the bit. Good, but not you had to be there. dnstone (275), Mons, Belgium

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Oct 25, 2009 Bottle. Clear yellow pour, little carbonation/lacing with an almost overpowering strong pepper and spicy honey aroma. Flavor is farmhouse funk, white pepper, honey and finished a little hot. Not bad, but not worth the $14 price tag. GMCC2181 (883), Bear/Elkton, Delaware, USA
