Small head falls quickly into a small white ring; very dark brown, translucent. Strong malty nose, maple/caramel character in the flavor, roasted grain, slightly porter-like. Bittersweet coffee/chocolate also; slightly thinnish and over-carbonated esp. at the end. This is a bock? It's ok, drinkable, but so what? Why don't these guys do an Imp Stout instead of a new bock/IPA/APA every week.
