Clear copper/red color with a fleeting head. Malty sweet toffee caramel spiced apple aromas. Medium body. Decent mildly sweet spicy caramel and marshmallow flavors.

Beautiful red beer with a slight head. Easy grainy flavor and decent mouthfeel. Restrained hops, but along with some tannic grainy notes, provides a good crisp drinking experience.

Nice red ale with lots of hops and a good mix of malts. Lively beer this was with spice and a light bitterness in the finish.

Tap at Brouwers. Aroma of toasted malts, toffee, juicy fruit, some caramel sweetness. Pours dark red with a thin head. Sweet malty flavors of caramel, toast, toffee, and some juicy fruits all combined with a moderately spicy hop finish. Very nicely done, very drinkable.

On tap at Naked City. Pours red with a decent off-white head. Aroma is a combination of fruity hops and sweet malt. Sweet fruit and bread in the taste, dominated by malt, even in the finish, which has a slight hoppiness.

Bready stale malt backbone with metallic hints. Very soapy from at first that fades a bit as it warms but still very pronounced. Lightly sweet with a crisp bite. Very pedestrian- nothing interesting at all in this drink.
