Commercial Description:
Light and refreshing like a cool summer breeze. Over six hundred pounds of apricots give our apricot ale it’s distinctive and wonderful flavor and aroma.

On tap at TCB - Pours a hazy straw color with a light head. Has a very light fruit (apricot obviously) aroma. Flavor is sweet and fruity, but not overbearing like alot of fruit beers. Has a smooth light finish. Not bad. The wife really likes it.

Light gold color. Small head. Aroma is apricot and malts. A medium bodied fruit beer. The apricot flavor is fairly pronounced and somewhat sweet. There is supposedly over 700 pounds of apricots in each batch. It very pleasant. Light and refreshing. Malts and hops are fairly mild; the fruit is in the forefront. Balanced is OK> Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is sweet.

Light golden color, nice aroma of apricot, sweet apricot flavor, but very cooling and refreshing with a nice drying finish that begged for another sip. Quite good for a fruit beer.
