Commercial Description:
TCB's Oatmeal stout is a wonderful surprise. It's very smooth, not heavy and has a full coffee chocolate-like flavor. We serve this beer under nitrogen from our nitro taps to ensure that cap of thick creamy foam.

Rich, translucent dark leather pour with a latte colored head that stuck around throughout the pint. Thick cocoa aroma, although thin in mouthfeel. Flavor is moderate chocolate and a little vanilla. Not bad.

Mohogany, nice head, dark roasted malt aroma and flavor. Not very big but tasty enough. Easy drinking and smooth.

Totally underwhelming. Very thin flavor and texture. Not entirely awful, but not something I will ever order again.

Draft at brewery. Served on nitro, so the apprearance was outstanding. Cascading bubbles and rich creamy head. Very smooth mouthfeel as expected, but the flavor was quite thin and watery. I liked the porter better.

On tap at TCB - Pours a black color with a light tan head. Has a light roasted malt aroma. Flavor is mostly coffee. Smooth but thin. Not bad.

Poured black from the growler with a small chocolate color head. Aroma of roasty malts and coffee. Body was a bit light with a roasty malt and coffee flavor. Easy drinking stout but a bit on the light side.
