Commercial Description:
TCB's Oatmeal stout is a wonderful surprise. It's very smooth, not heavy and has a full coffee chocolate-like flavor. We serve this beer under nitrogen from our nitro taps to ensure that cap of thick creamy foam.

Sampler: Roasted coffee aroma. Black body with tan head. Flavor was of a creamy coffee with a rasted finish. Bought a growler for the road. Man something chaged with the flavor. That richer creamy flavor was gone and replaced by a more watered down taste. Will hae to go back and try a full glass some other time.

I had this at the Great Arizona Beer Festival in Phoenix. Just a typical solid stout.

On nitro, this is midnight brown with an impressive tan head. Creamy to be sure, but empty of any good flavor (maybe a bit like coffee-bean-soaked water?).

Served on a nitrogen dispense. This beer pours with a persistent creamy light brown head. The beer itself is a deep black beer with clear deep brown notes when held up to the light. This beer has a nice dry roasted malt aroma with a mix of espresso, burnt charcoal, and toast. This definitely has a nice aroma. The taste is smooth and creamy with a malty sweetness up front. This beer is very smooth throughout, including a subtle smooth roast character in the finish. This goes down so easily, much better than draught Guinness, and a great quaffer. So far the most enjoyable beer, a great session beers.

Black color. Aroma is medium. Aroma is roasted malts and chocolate. A medium bodied oatmeal stout. Malts are roasted and chocolately. Hops are slightly spicy. Smooth texture. Flavors are mild, but a very drinkable stout. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth.Aftertaste is slightly bitter.

Mahogany with medium tan head. Aroma is malty, slightly smokey, medium sweet, roasty, caramel. Taste is nice roasty, medium sweet, but is watery and undercarbonated.
