Clear light-amber body. Aroma is mildly sweet, caramel, pleasant. Taste is malty, medium sweet, caramel. Something's missing -- leaves an impression of blandness.

True amber but light. Sticky head. A syrupy consistency. Light caramel character, but bland overall.

Draught. Clear copper color with thin white head. Metallic hop nose with a nutty character. Dried fruit flavor with caramel undertones. Dry with slightly bitter finish.

The beer pours a nice transpicuous amber color, the head is modest in size, the color a light tan and as it erodes, it leaves behind a fair to middling sheet of lace. Lots of malt in the nose, somewhat sweet, citrus crisp and fresh, as is the start, full of malt and the top middling in feel, the finish prickly in its acidity, the hops plentiful and pleasant in their spicy bite. Aftertaste dry and lingering, sorry folks apparently “Draught Only” at this time had mine at the “Papago Brewery”.

Sampler: Malty aroma of sorts. Light amber body. Flavor just was lacking for this one. Server said it was a light bodied amber and he was right. Slghtly bitter spice aftertaste.

This beer has a full reddish-copper color, is quite clear and is topped by a wispy, pale ring of a head. The aroma is sweet with notes of caramel being predominant, but there is also a bit of fruitiness that seems to be a combination of hops and yeast character. The taste has some of the caramel sweetness as well and there is a bit of hop flavor here (I get a sort of herbal / nectar thing) and only a touch of balancing bitterness in the finish. This has a nice clean fruitiness to it with notes of strawberry and a bit of tart cherry. This is a simple straight forward Amber Ale with just enough hop flavor to make it interesting.

On tap at TCB - Pours an amber color with no head. Light malt aroma. Light caramel malt flavor with a tad bit of residual sweetness. Not much in the way of hops. Medium body. Nothing special.
