Tap @ Brewery. Aroma had some some spice and sweet notes. Gold body with white head. First gulp a bittering blast hit and I thought wow this isn’t going to be good. Bitterness subsided rather quickly and a citric acid and grain rest of way down the hatch. Was a good light body refreshment on a hot day.

On tap @ TCB - Pours a crystal clear light golden color with a small white head. Thin lacing. Aroma is light grain and noble hops. Flavor is light grain with a bit of bitterness. Light to medium body. A well made, easy drinking light beer.

Golden with little aroma. Soapy characteristics. Slippery on the tongue. Tart but the hops come out as a detergent-like essence.

Pours a clear gold color, and is topped with a white head that leaves a nice bit of lacing as I work my way through the glass. The nose is slightly spicy with notes of grass and grain. The taste finishes with a nice light bite of hop bitterness. This is nice and clean just like a good lager should be. It has a nice subtle mix of grain character and spicy hop flavor. This is quite refreshing and a good example of a light Pils, with no apparent flaws. A bit more spicy hop flavor would be more to my liking but this is a good attempt nonetheless.
