GreatLibations (1440), Last Supper, Arizona, USA Oct 10, 2008 3.9%abv. Pours golden with a decent shortlived head and no lacing. Aromas of biscuits peak my interest. Light nectar with superb carbonation. This brew is delightfully tasty with a defined biscuit essence. The finish is bittered mildly. It’s mild, fruity, and balanced.
Well done. eaglefan538 (2351), Wilmington, Delaware, USA Jun 10, 2008 On draft at Flagstaff Brewing. The pour was pale golden, lots of steady rising carbonation bubbles, looked higher gravity than most cream ales. The aroma was grains, corn, herbal notes. The flavor followed suit, no hop presence at all, a touch of honey in there too. Fruity esters seem to emerge with higher temperatures. This brew left a little to be desired, a flavorful pale lager. hellbilly (1492), scottsdale über alles, Arizona, USA Dec 17, 2007 on tap @ the brewery. golden color bordering orange with a ring of white. coppery malt aroma is very mild. flavor is mostly pale malt with light lager yeastiness and metals. light to medium body. the carbonation creates a creaminess as it squeezes in my mouth. very bland RCL (1443), Waltham, Massachusetts, USA Feb 24, 2007 Like many of TCB’s offerings, it’s on the light side. This one is supposed to be so, though. Also, like most TCBs, this one is nice and clean. Very good for a cream ale. cbkschubert (1945), Cochise Co., Arizona, USA May 28, 2006 On tap at TCB - Pours a clear yellow color with a light head. Nice lacing on the way down. Has a faint grain aroma. Flavor has a light grain finish. This beer is smooth, light and easy to drink. Not bad. FlacoAlto (2473), Tucson, Arizona, USA Nov 5, 2005 This beer sits a lightly hazy straw-gold color in my glass, it is topped by a thin, wispy pale head. The aroma is quite faint, but definitely beery; it is lightly herbal, and has a bit of thin malt to it (hops are most dominant in this ephemeral aroma). The taste has notes of sweet grain up front with a light herbal / spicy hop note in the middle through to the finish, which has a light bitterness to it. Overall this is thin, though slightly beery, and is spot on to style with a bit of fruitiness, but it is certainly not something that I will try again. Bockyhorsey (2487), Mesa, Arizona, USA Jun 24, 2005 Sampler: This is a beer if your out and about and it is over 100 degrees you should have. Watered down taste but for the first beer out of extream heat should wet your whistle. turbo (1254), Arizona, USA Apr 3, 2005 2005 Great Arizona Beer Festival.
