DoubleBubble (107), Mescal Lakes (wherever that is), Arizona, USA Feb 12, 2008 Pours a clear golden with no head. Aroma of sweetness and light malt. Not detecting too much strawberry. Fruity, sweet flavor. Has a little funky aftertaste. cbkschubert (1555), Skyline, Arizona, USA Jan 28, 2008 On tap @ TCB - Pours a clear amber color with a very thin white head. Faint lacing. Aroma is light berry. Flavor is sweet malt and light strawberries. Palate is almost cloying. Medium body. To be honest, it tastes and smell like a few other TC fruit beers. Nothing great, but worth a try. FlacoAlto (2074), Tucson, Arizona, USA Nov 5, 2005 This beer comes with a frothy, pale tan colored head that I substantial for a draft beer. The beer itself has a hazy straw color. The aroma is quite fruity, of course, with a solid, though not overwhelming, note of strawberry. The strawberry note is dominating though, as I really don’t smell much of anything else. The taste is sweet and fruity with a solid finish of strawberry fruit and preserves. There is no real bitterness here to clash with the fruit, and this beer is very drinkable; I can see this beer being very popular with those who "really don’t like beer." There is not to much to it though, it is light, easy drinking, fruity, but most of all strawberry like. The best thing about it, for me, is that the strawberry note is not too strong. Bockyhorsey (1951), Mesa, Arizona, USA Oct 29, 2005 Bartender gave me a sampler of this one. Moderate strawbeery aroma. Light red body with a decent head. Decent strawbrry flavor that is refeshing and not to tart as some fruit beers are. Crisp while drinking it but does leave a light dry aftertaste. beerguy101 (3468), Newark, California, USA Oct 14, 2002 Light reddish color, fruity aroma. Definite strawberry taste, not too sweet. Good taste. Light bodied. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is clean. Aftertaste is slightly sweet and berryish. Refreshing beer.
