Commercial Description:
The Granddaddy of Pale Ales, this style got its start as a special brew for English soldiers living in India. Our IPA is a medium bodied ale, with a light copper color characterized by an intense hop flavor, with a full flowery hop aroma and high alcohol content.

Draft. Straightforward and solidly crafted, this IPA was a pleasure to drink. Light copper body below an inviting white head. Aromas of orange peel, citrus with floral notes and a hint of pine. Starts slightly sweet, but turns nicely bitter. Could have had a bit more malt presence in the backbone. Medium body and medium carbonation. Moderately long finish. Nicely done.

A very nice arizona brew. Very thick IPA with a hoppy head. Taste is very hoppy with a thick malty base. After taste is a little bitter but still a nice IPA especially after a round of golf.

The best thing I’ve had from Thunder Canyon yet. Nice solid IPA with a good, clean, piney hop aroma and flavor.

Growler acquired in trade with cbkschubert (thanks!!!). Poured a medium orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of juicy oranges, orange peels, all around citrus and light pine. Tastes of citrus, floral, and fruity. Starts off sugary sweet and ends in a light grapefruit finish. Definite hop presence with out being a bitter hop bomb.

Draft at the brewery. Defiintely the best beer of the night. Watched as several locals came in for growler refills... Good taste in beer. Lots of hoppy citrus aromas. All there in the flavor too. Very good.

On tap at TCB - Pours an amber color with a nice lasting head. Nice lacing. Aroma is big floral and citrus. Flavor is the same with a light resiudual sweet malt background. Medium body. My favorite TCB beer.

Had a full glass of this one at brewery. Aroma was of pine and light fruit. Copper color to the body with a white head and left decent lacing. The fruity hops were quick to bite at first drink. Settleed down at finish with a citrus orange flavor. Best beer of the day.

Nice big head with a good copper color. Decent hoppy aroma. But again the balance is off ... this is too astringent, bitterly hopped without an underpining malt body. Vapid.
