yespr (6162), Copenhagen O, Denmark Apr 20, 2008 Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #28: Pours dark brown with a diminished light brown head. Smooth and chocolate malt aroma with a light roasted note. Flavour is like a classic imperial stout with a solid chocolate and roasted malt flavour. Light bitterhops note providing a nice break in the malt dense flavours. Dry and roasted malt finish with a light chocolate note.
