Thunder Canyon Windstorm Wheat

hazy to cloudy orange hued maple wood stain color with a minimal white ring for a head. it smells like a burlap sack... wet wheat and a bit of savory yeast. the flavor is very mild... almost lacking?... rich wheat, soapy/floral hops, a faint lemony note and a lightly spicy finish. it is medium bodied with soft creamy carbonation. there is not much going on... but it is in no way bad...5/4/5/3/13/3.0

A very clean beer, but a very boring beer. Very light aroma. Inoffensive and dull.

On tap at TCB - Pour an almost clear yellow color with only a faint head. Has a very faint grain aroma. Not alot of flavor but some wheat malt is detectable. This is a very light beer. Just not much there.

Sampler: Hazy yellow body with a white head. Had an aroma of a grain bin. Although the wheat flavor was sort of rich for some reason. Well not bad but maybe good for for food wash if your eating at the brewery.

On tap@Papago. Pale wheat aroma, a little floral in the nose. Hazy grain color. Very light flavor almost non-existent. This beer could use a lemon to give it some flavor. Would make a fine lawnmower beer.

Slightly hazy dark yellow with an adhesive, almost gluey head. I swear this even smells like model glue. Tweak of clove, but mostly gristy and grainy. Missed the mark.

Pours a hazy straw color with a pale white head. The aroma is yeasty and that is about it. The taste is crisp up front with a nice clean grain profile that is followed by a fruitiness and perhaps a hint of banana and lemon. There is a slight bit of acidity in the finish and there is a bit of bready yeastiness in the taste as well. This is a simple straight forward wheat with no flaws.

Light gold color, slightly cloudy. A light flavored wheat beer. Light body, good flavor with some malt taste. Mouthfeel is full. Finish is crisp. Aftertaste is neutral. A light and refreshing wheat ale.
