Dark and clear, smooth abd drinkable with food. A little sweet, but plenty of grain flavor comes through. Not bitter or sharp. Refreshing

On tap at the Crescent Moon Alehouse. Pours a reddish dark brown. No head to speak of and little if any carbonation. Mild roasted malt aroma. Medium body has a discernable roasted barley flavor, but finishes rather chalky and flat. Sorry Trevor, this isn’t one of your best.
