Taste is very sturdy with a kiss of honey on the backend. Nice logo as well. *wink* Oxymoron (104), Fort Collins, Colorado, USA

The pour is a bright yellow with some cloudiness. Good carbonation with limited head and lace. The smell was citrus with some basic (pale) malt backing. The taste was pretty good for an American wheat beer. The honey is not really noticeable but a good hop aroma is present. More of a bittering hop flavor, it has a zingy and citrus taste to it. Kind of surprising but still pretty good. The malt was nothing fancy but did well to back up the hops.

Nose of Wonder bread fresh from the oven that I used to smell as a kid in Sacramento, mixed with light spice notes and sweetness. Clear yellow with a medium pale yellow head. Flavor is lightly sweet honey, spicy, a vanilla hint, and spices. I wish I had more! Decent wheat ale! iowaherkeye (1873), Los Angeles, California, USA

Hazy effervescent golden body with a 1/2 finger white head, decent retention. Honey and soft tangy wheat in the aroma with some light grain. Flavor has honey dominating with some cereal grain following behind. There is also a tinge of vanilla and alcohol. Bitterness was minimal in the semi-dry finish. Moderate carbonation with a creamy medium body. Not bad at all in small amounts. kitschy (210), Nebraska, USA

Has a thick creamy frothy white head. This beer has a huge honey flavor and seemingly a big alcohol palate. It is clearly differentiated from the Tiny Tim’s by the full and rich dominant honey that overpowers the flavor. Palate is slightly harsh due to the fizziness of the big carbonation. I’d like to try some of this aged for a while. riversideAK (2779), Shoreline, Washington, USA
| 2.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 11/20 | Sep 9, 2009 Nose is wheaty, lemon, light sweet honey. Pours pale yellow, hazy. Like unfiltered budweiser. Wheat, a little lemon tart and some grainy sweetness, odd chemical mouthfeel that lingers. Something like a fake sweetener. Some honey. Sparky27 (1608), Phoenix, Arizona, USA

Pours hazy yellow with a one finger stark white fizzy head. The nose is sour wheat, grain and light honey. The taste is grassy grain, light wheat and a malt liquor type overly sweet finish. Lighter bodied. Not that great, but at least Nebraska has a few brews to choose from…
