| 4.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 9/10 | 4/5 | 17/20 | Jul 17, 2007 This is a very underrated IPA in my opinion. Light-colored but packs a punch with flavor. It has a very herbal fruity taste with moderate bitterness. Rich, velvety finish. I think I have overlooked this beer too often. lampeno420 (321), Zeeland, Michigan, USA

Overtook my senses. And it does have a very fruity aroma to it as well. Bought it just because it was a new IPA i haven’t tryed yet, and at $1.49, ill probably buy it again. Nice chewy hop character with a little citric bitter twist to finish it off. Very good. SledgeJr (2960), Omaha, Nebraska, USA

Solid measure of boiling hops. Copper/amber in appearance. Good head retention. UPDATE 9/13/7: Nitro pushed version of IPA on tap at the brewpub. Smoother and creamier. Tiny bubbles and thick head. Still a delicious beer. eboats (887), Omaha, Nebraska, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 20, 2006 Pours orange with a white head that dissipated quickly. Aroma is juicy, sweet citrus orange and lemon. Flavor is sweet citrus orange and lemon, but can’t match up to the aroma which is top tier for IPAs. Finish is rather light with some hops. Very smooth, but the aroma promises much more than is delivered. Cletus (5055), Connecticut, USA

The label reads " Bursting with Hops" and this beer definitely does just that. Has a dark, hazy body to it, sort of orangish with a white head that disappears immediately....I liked the dry-hoppiness to this beer. It is the best or most hoppy beer out there, but it definitely is one of my GO-TO’S!! At $7.99 case, and 6.7% abv, this is a phenomenal deal. Watch out for the aftertaste though, I found inconsistency from 6-pack to 6-pack
