Just a really crappy beer. I seen some jerk kid at the beir stein with one of these and laughed the other day. Just a cheap IPA that has as much character as a piece of wood.

bottle, golden color with a soapy looking head, quite malty and caramel upfront, finishes with a bitter citrus and fruit

This is a food beer!!! If you ever listen to anything from another person, listen to this. the key to this beer is cillantro. Grill up some steak, throw it with some Mccormics steak seasoning and a hell of a lot of lime and you will have a party in your mouth that you willl want to envite everyone to. The intense fruit in this ipa will only ballence out with the addition of a quality spice and a sweet cut of meat.

Not what I expected out of a IPA, well, I mean it is "bursting with hops" like the bottle says, but I was expecting more. Average to a little below for most characteristics of a good brew. Pours an orange color with a slight aroma. It has a good hoppy taste but I think maybe mine is stale, not too sure really.

On tap at brewpub. Light orange color with decent head retention. Sharp aroma. Flavor is good, of citrus, a little sweet, and bitter at the end. The aftertaste is not as appealing, very astringent. A pretty decent IPA.
