Stopped by the brewpub for lunch on our way to GABF 2004. Clear yellow with a small white head. Very floral aroma, lightly citric and gumbally. A touch bitter, and finishes astringent. Lemony sweet/sourness in aftertaste with a touch of banana creaminess.
