On tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy gold with a thin white head. Has an outstanding raspberry aroma. The flavor is sweet, but by no means overdone like a kid’s candy. It is fruity sweet. This is closer to Lindeman’s. It is not a sour lambic. A mild residual tartness lingers on the tongue at the finish.
