Aug 27, 2008 Bottled(500ml). -Hazy yellow coloured, medium sized white head, pleasant banana nose. Typical weizen taste, yeasty, light spicy fruity (banana, lemon, orange) with touch of cloves and caramel. Refreshing.Mild acidic finish.

Aug 1, 2008 Golden, unclear, white lasting head. Good carbonation. Mild, yet medium complex aroma and flavour. Wheat, yeast and banana. Notes of citrus and even coriander. A little too thin?

Jul 6, 2008 50cl bottle @ rasthof, Munchen. Pours hazy golden with a lasting white head. Banana, yeast, wheat & citrus. Smooth with a lively carbonation. Lots of wheat. Coriander notes. Pleasant!

Jun 18, 2008 Bottle back home. Especially peppery banana nose, simple but drool-making. Pale but densely cloudy and heaped like a witbier. Milky, spicy banana, lemon and vanilla, quite a hearty dosing of pepper. Finishes with just enough dryness. Unfussy, quality weiss. If you like it, you just do.

Cloudy orange, healthy tight head. Lively carbonation, almost fizzy. Solid hefeweizen aroma - a bit sweet, some banana, plenty of orange. Sweet caramelly taste, good solid to-style hefe.
