Bottle (kindly delivered by joss!): Golden, hazy, white lacy head; distinctive sweet pale-malty and honeyish nose with a light hoppy background; moderate to solid bitter-sweet flavour, medium to full bodied; increasing lemony fruitiness in the moderate sweet-malty and slightly bitter finish. Very pleasant stuff.........

The bottle looks good, the beer in the glass also. Starts very, very spicy, wheaty. Malty-grasy notes, the finish again very wheaty. Quite drinkable, not bad!

Bottle, 6.0%. No aroma. Clear golden colour. OK white head. The flavour is very clean with a good level of alcohol. Very slightly spicy, other than that just clean.

50 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden yellow with a chalk white head. Mild hoppy and grassy aroma. Mild cardboard note too. Flavour starts with a sad/dull cardboard note. Vague spice note to the bitterness and somewhat dry into the finish. Clean yet boring.

Bottle. Golden colour with a big white head. Light caramel malty, light hoppy aroma and a sweet caramel malty, hoppy taste. Medium body with a sweet light dry finish.

(bottle) Clear golden colour with a foamy white medium head. Dense grainy and malty aroma with faint hoppy notes. Bittersweet flavour, medium body, moderate carbonation. Strong malty taste with a rounded hoppy finish with a light bitterness. Well made Helles, stronger and a bit better than the normal Thurn & Taxis Hell.

Pale gold colour, slim white head. Grassy, grainy nose, but fine, fresh and light - maybe a tad too light. There is a barnyard smell too - like a cowshed. Very grainy taste, full grain, not very assertive, but perfumey and rather nice - but words fail to realy depict it. Very light, grainy-powdery mouthfeel. This is a very light, but quite nice, perfumey and refined brew. One to try - sorry joss.

Very light bitterhop aroma. Golden, low carbonation, lowish head. Bland with a slight ethanol aftertaste. Lightbodied, fizzy mouthfeel.
