Draught Smooth, Hollies Hotel in Blackpool - Lovely. Yes caramel is there. Really easily sunk and great for long session. Love it---bring it on.

Canned from EH Booth and Co. Poors a dark bitter with a head that quickly disipates. It to me really doesn’t taste of anything at all. The only taste I could make out if I really concentrated was a metallic tinny taste. Not recommended but not overly bad to be honest.

Very good, smooth, black and very good. Foam some strange but good. I really wanted to taste more.

Keg. An unexpected scoop in a restaurant for the office xmas lunch. Stands up to the pasteurisation better than some light bitters, although not that great a beer to start with.

Keg, at the Staffords, St. James, London.
Amber with a medium size, smooth creamy head. Fairly lifeless version of this beer. With just enough bitterness to keep you in the game, this is session bitter you could drink 15 of and not even notice.
