Commercial Description:
Pasteurised bottle, 500ml.
The word Premium is used too easily these days but this light amber beer deserves the accolade. Using our highest quality malts and a blend of Goldings and Fuggles, Daniel's Hammer has an initial smooth slightly sweet taste finished off with a subtle dry malty finish.

Dark golden with a nice and lasting head. The aroma has a nice hoppy note with hints of caramel. The flavour is however a bit thin with notes of caramel, hops and an Ok bitterness i the finish. Daniels Hammer doesn’t hit me hard...

Sweet sugary taste mixes well with the malt for me. Nice bitterness comes through too. One of the finest bottled beers iI’ve tried for a while. Nice looker when poured too.

Bottle, a dark ambe with a white bubbly head. Grainy malt aroma with a definite critus tang and I also get that touch of pepper. Juicy malt in the mouth, with a gentle hopping. A good premium bitter.

A ruby coloured ale, with a malty with hint of lemon nose, fruity sweet malt finnish.

Pours a nice bronze with a dense medium white head, good lacing. Aroma fruity, slightly peppery. Solid mouthfeel, creamy with gentle malt flavour, tangy hops, good complex flavour and well balanced, finish quite short but overall a decent premium bitter.
