Cheap cherries and berries taste, no balance. Dark reddish brown colour with good lacing though. Aromas are light roast malts with earthy, nutty hops. Flavours are sweet chocolate malts with coffee. Quite full in the mouth. Gentle hops on the finish. A good mild. Alround rating: Sweet roasty and chocolate malt, somehow balanced but theres no hop character. Thin and very drinkable. yespr (8544), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 5, 2008 From cask at the Henglers Circus. Pours deep dark brown with a dense and tan head. Roasted malty and somewhat butterish aroma. Roasted malty and slight fruity flavoured with a mild bitterness. Slight acidic into a finish that keeps the mild roasted note hanging on.
