Commercial Description:
Cask; Regular.
"The Northern Beauty. A very easy drinking beer with an inviting malty aroma, this rich amber beer is brewed using pale ale and crystal malt to achieve this full-bodied flavour. A finely balanced hop character is enriched by the late addition of Styrian Goldings as a dry hop to give a prominent floral hop aroma and warming aftertaste."

Bottled. Poured a nice amber or orange with a little head. This was a pretty fruity ale with not all that much hop character. Overall, I thought this was a drinkable beer.

From cask. Pours clear and golden amber with a fully gone head. Light bitter and fruity hops aroma. Flavour is smooth hoppy with a mild bitterness showing through. Medium dry and slight spiced into the finish.

Aroma is richly and appetizingly malty, with hints of wheat and banana. Color is a nice, clear orangy amber with an off-white, fluffy, persistent head. Flavor was a bit of a let-down, though, on the thin side - not much malt and just a hint of hops. It is good, though, and this beer would be much better if the flavor had some strength. Finish is smooth and leaves a touch of hops and fruit.

Cask, 4.4%. Slightly buttery aroma. Hazy dark amber colour, small frothy head. The flavour is slightly sweet, some caramel and a little butter. A little fruity aroma hops in the finish along with a touch of alcohol.
