"This rich amber beer is brewed with only the finest English ingredients. A prominent hop aroma and bitterness throughout is finely balanced with a full malt flavour, leading to a dry bitter finish."

Bottle Clear amber body with an off-white head. Soapy aroma with some hops. Lightly sweet flavour, very soft. Not that interesting.

500 ml bottle. Deep amber color, frothy off-white head. Slightly metallic aroma with some floral hops and malts. Slightly sharp, malty flavor with some nuttiness and a hint of leather, some hop bitterness. Fairly light body, medium carbonation. It’s ok.

This ESB poured a dark orange colour with a nice creamy white head. To the nose there are scents of raisins, sweet dark malts, bread, hopps and a little caramel. First taste is very creamy but a litle watery. Flavours of ripe fruit and hopps are the most prodominant with off flavours of grass and wood. Finish is hoppy with ripe fruit lingering.

Bottled (from K Citymarket, Vaasa). Copper colour, mediumsized beige head. Aroma is grassy and floral hops along with some slight malty notes. Flavour is quite much the same with some mild nutty notes as well. Mild wooden notes as well. A bit like a lighter version of Fullers ESB.

Deep copper-amber color, small off-white head. Fruity peach aroma with sweet maltyness. Flavor is nutty-caramelly malty, some licorice like in Fullers ESB, but this has more hard candy and bitterness. Also a bit too little alcoholic for being robust ESB. Could be a bit more lively too.

From 16.9 oz. bottle. Pours a dark amber, brown color with thin head. Little lacing. Caramel, biscuit malt aroma with thin body. Enjoyable beer and not bitter to me. Not a bad beer, just not anything that I was excited about.
