Cask, The Highcross, Leicester. Golden with an off-white head. Aromas are citrus with cream and vanilla. Some biscuit malts along with spices. Flavours are buttery malts with dry citrus. Some biscuit with a dry hoppy finish.

Sep 2, 2008 White filmy layer over a golden body. Discreet floral aroma. Flavoured with fruity hops where especially distinctive notes of grapefruits come through. Smooth bitter endnotes. Easy drinking and fairly standard English bitter (third pint, hand-pulled at GBBF 08.08.2008).
