Hildigöltur (5109), København, Denmark Dec 15, 2005 Bottled. Pale amber coloured. Slightly fruity aroma. Very sweet flavour of honey and malt. Bland. MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark Jun 29, 2004 Very sweet brew! Brown sugar and caramel combined in flavour and finish. Slightly alcoholic palate. Too sweet in the aftertaste. PorterPounder (3132), Tallahassee, Florida, USA May 26, 2004 First off, love the bottle - looks like a lighthouse - or maybe a baby bottle? Aroma has a slight licorice bent to it, otherwise, nothing really jumps out - not unpleasant. Light amber appearance, with a very thin white head. Flavor has some candy sweet notes to it with some syrupy sweetness. Good sticky mouthfeel, coats your mouth and your belly. Overall, a decent light Belgian Ale. Aurelius (2643), Tallahassee, Florida, USA May 26, 2004 An interesting and nice straw malt aroma. Dry, tart, a bit astringent, some bocky qualities. A brooding back-malt on and edgy alcohol palate. Good light bronze coloring. Gotta give them props on the bottle, but it came off looking like a baby bottle or a big brown glass condom. bu11zeye (5430), Frisco, Texas, USA Mar 17, 2004 (Bottle) Pours an amber color with a very thin white head. Strange looking bottle. Has a vanilla flavor with some hints of carmel, malt and yeast. Ungstrup (14724), Frederiksberg, Denmark Jan 20, 2004 An amber beer with no head. The aroma is sweet dominated by caramel. The flavor is also dominated by sweet caramel combined with honey, yeast, and hints of hops. An OK beer. Beutiful bottle. biermonk (259), San Francisco, California, USA Jan 18, 2004 Poured a dark amber color with no head whatsoever. Aroma is primarily of malt. Flavors consist of some sweet maltiness that is followed by hints of vanilla and some subtle fruit tones. Overall this is not a bad beer.
