The flavor is also dominated by sweet caramel combined with honey, yeast, and hints of hops. An OK beer. Beutiful bottle. kp (8500), Woodstock, Georgia, USA

A bit bland beer with no specific characteristics: a bit of malty sweetness, a bit of fruitiness, a bit of hops... A bit of everything, but nothing outstanding. bu11zeye (5675), Frisco, Texas, USA

| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 13, 2003 Ok, I'll be honest, I bought this because it's the craziest bottle I've ever seen. Pours a light copper color with a thin white head. Aroma of sweet candi sugar, honey, and light fruit. Body is very sugary, without much substance. Has a light hop bitterness, but there are too many unfermented sugars in here. I guess that's what happens when you drop it down to 5.9% abv so that it's available in Georgia. | 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 13/20 | May 26, 2004 First off, love the bottle - looks like a lighthouse - or maybe a baby bottle? Aroma has a slight licorice bent to it, otherwise, nothing really jumps out - not unpleasant. Light amber appearance, with a very thin white head. Flavor has some candy sweet notes to it with some syrupy sweetness. Good sticky mouthfeel, coats your mouth and your belly. Overall, a decent light Belgian Ale.
