Aug 9, 2006 Draft at the San Jose brewery. Not a lot here. Medium amber color, very little head. Vacant nose, pine nut leads the attack. Watery and very little carb. No finish or mid palate to speak of...maybe this goes over if it’s served freezing cold?

Jan 22, 2005 Pale watery yellow in color, no head. No smell, no taste. I couldn’t ask for much more in a light beer.

Jan 14, 2003 Good appearance and anything but a macro-style light. A hint of the Amber with enough substance to get some attention. Light in the mouth and short in the finish.

Oct 29, 2002 Tap. A golden amber color with a laced head. A malt and hop aroma with a hint of ginger or cinnamon. Dry palate. The flavor dies quickly and leaves a slightly grainy feel. For a light beer it is not bad.
