| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Aug 9, 2006 Draft at the San Jose brewery. Comically large slice of lemon decorating the glass--almost cartoonish. Thought I’d get hit by a falling anvil if I took it off. Dark straw color, still beer with relatively little body even for a wheat. No wheat flavor. No flavor of any kind, I don’t think. Not vacant, exactly, but you just don’t notice this beer. jazz88 (2239), San Francisco, California, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Oct 29, 2002 Tap. Light yellow with minimal head. A musty wheat aroma. Crisp and lager like with some wheat presence in the palate and finish. Sharp on the palate. Beer2000 (1855), Kristiansand, Norway
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Sep 19, 2006 On tap. Pale, light cloudy body with small white head. Just a vague smell of wheat beer almost disappearing because of the slice of lemon they seem to standardize on for this beer. Is this a trick for the waiters to recognize the beer? This beer is a bit dry, almost sourish and somehow inharmonious. Maybe some kind of crossover between wheat and Czech pils. nickd717 (1399), Palo Alto, California, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 10, 2009 Decent wheat beer. Not much to it but it’s refreshing and drinkable. Cloudy yellow with a white head. Wheat and citrus on the aroma. Flavor is all wheat with some sour citrus notes. Big-ass lemon they put on the glass probably helped. Somewhat refreshing but not exciting at all. AleDrinker (1090), Sunnyvale, California, USA
