Jun 28, 2008 Sampled at Mexicali,Chevefest Beer festival 2008,very smooth lightly carbonated,good beer,grassy hop aroma,the appareance its somewhere between copper brown and red,nice palate a little bit salty finish and sweet at first.Overall i think it will be better off the Tijuana Tavern exports and better in Mexican bars and stores.!!!

May 5, 2006 On tap@ Taberna Tijuana. Pours a dark brown root beer with a medium but vanishing head. Lots of carbonation but a light body. Flavor is lightly hops, lightly bitter with some oak and sour finishes, a light warming effect.

May 4, 2006 On tap@ Port Solana, listed as TJ Amber Lager. I’m told by the rep., Alafito, this is Tijauna Brava. Pours cola in color with a small offwhite head. Flavor starts out kinda sweet and bock like finishing with a rather acidic bite. Light bodied and watery with lively carbonation.
