Very good quality ingredients. Also try the other two, Guera and Light. They won’t dissapoint you. 184601 (144), Mexicali, Mexico

Aroma of coffee bean, cooked fruit, and malted leather. Light nectar w/ residual effers. Flavors are dry w/ coffee bean, charcoal, leather, brown sugar, and fruity malt. Finish has a slight bittering. I enjoyed it. Not so rich and easy to drink. Don’t worry about the water =) DaSilky1 (1981), San Diego, California, USA

It could just be because i wasnt expecting it to be good..but there was some nice caramelly chocolate nutty flavors up in this...no lager flavors at all..just a solid, flavorful beer from TJ..I hope this makes its way up here..I had to go down into mexico and find it in a random bar. The nose smells delicious: malt, roasty, nutty, chocolate, and sweetness. Very smooth and round on the palate. Roasted flavors abound, and a tiny hop bitterness that didn’t show up in the nose peeks its way into the mix. Unlike their guera I had earlier this week, the bottled morena holds up to the quality and freshness I tasted at the brewery on tap. Very enjoyable, and highly recommended. dwyerpg (2537), Las Vegas, Nevada, USA

This is a pretty tasty beer, with some chocolate malts and a little hops. I always seem to prefer viennas to the regular ambers. Pretty good. willblake (2176), Belcamp, Maryland, USA

Aroma is dark wheat toast, some light coffee, dates and nuts. Very nice to sniff, for sure. Flavor is not as explosive and the nose, but still nice light coffee and hozelnut notes, very nutty all around, milk chocolate and toasted coconut. Creamy soft body with just enough eff to cleanse. Wow, even with the high average, I wasn’t expecting this. Thanks, Todd.
