Very good brew; it more than makes up in taste for what it lacks in complexity; thin-to-medium body; hints of caramel; very nice roasted malts; pours clear dark brown with a ruddy tinge; off-white head; strongly recommended.

12 oz bottle...Pours a reddish brown w/ a slight off white head. Aroma of malts and carmel...flavor was sweet caramel, w/ a hint of malt and yeast and some dark fruits. Nice and easy on the palate, somewhat oily w/ a medium body. This is a perfect session beer!

A redish brown beer with a beige head. Aroma is malty with roasted notes. Taste is also very malty, notes of caramel and roasted malty. Low bitterness. Sweet finish. Drinkable

Malty sweet nose, almost a hint of burnt chocolate...maybe some clove and tobacco? Reddish brown color, head disappeared quickly. Sweet, almost smoky. Seemed thin, almost had a flat cola feel. Not horrible, but would not buy again.

Reddish brown color with small white head. Nose of nuts and biscuit with caramel. Sweet malts with caramel. Decent brown.

Pours dark brown, but clear. Shows ruby when held to light. Nose is fairly mild. Sappy caramel character there, but just a wee bit. Isn’t really that strong. Flavor is very caramel sweet. Strong sugar tones. Leafy tone on the very end that is extremely subdued. Feel is a bit thick on the liquid. Decent level of carbonation. A bit too syrupy I would have to say. Overall though pretty good. Nothing fantabulous, but good enough to try. And for some good enough to go back to maybe.

Full bodied malt smell, great taste on the tongue-smooth and robust. Nice brown Ale with a mocha malty aftertaste.

Reddish brown beer pours a lively off-white head. Nice floral aroma. Taste is light with hints of raisin and caramel but is pretty subdued. The watery texture helps to bring a clean finish. Not the worst but I’ll be looking elsewhere for my next brown ale.
