| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Nov 20, 2005 A fairly good brown ale for a damn good price (5 something for the 6-pack). To be honest, the label grabbed my attention. I like brown ales, but the label was what had me reaching for its handle without thinking twice. There is an array of other brown ales to try out instead of/ before this one, but it was good none-the-less. patrick767 (2033), fort wayne, Indiana, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 19, 2005 11.2 oz bottle, nice aroma, pours with a thick, long lasting head. Flavor is malty with very little hops presence. Goes down easy, drinking several wouldn’t be hard. It could use a bit more hops kick and complexity, but it’s a solid choice.
