Served in a Jug at La Becasse, Brussels. Clear gold with white head. Sweeter, fruitier type of Lambic with a touch of sage like herb. Still has the tart lemon notes and with a bitter finish. Pretty reasonable.

Draft at La Becasse @ Brussels. Served in Ceramic jar. Clear golden with some small bubbles on top. Very mild overall. A bit dust, earth, apple and a slight tartness prickling the cheek. Some caramel and sour applejuice. Easy and quite pleasant!

draft at La Becasse in Brussels - Pours light, clear amber with minimal head. The aroma is sweet malt and a hint of wild yeast. It tastes quite sweet with an underlying funky yeast flavor that blends very well with the amber characteristics. There are also some tart fruit notes in there. It’s refreshing and very enjoyable.
