Bottle, not from Uto, as I promised Richard I wouldn’t say where I got it. Pours a kind of hazy pinkish red with a fluffy pink head that leaves a nice lace. Berry aspertine nose, sweet fruit syrup and berry Starburst candy. Aroma is definately stronger than the flavour, in fact, it’s a bit watery but still manages to be overly sweet. Cheap, generic, artificially sweetened berry soda taste with some jammy fruit syrup and a hint of funk in the swallow. Has a surprisingly decent palate actually. Not great by any means but still refreshing in it’s own rite.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle (330ml). Poured a cloudy, dark, blood red with an average sized, dense, frothy, violet head which lasted very well. Aroma was of grape cordial with blackberry sweets and light menthol notes hiding beneath. Flavor was of blackberry sweets/chews with grape flavored sherbet and some odd rustic notes in the finish. Light bodied with lively carbonation, a somewhat syrupy mouthfeel and an ok finish.

Sep 28, 2008 Bottle @ KBF in Geel. My girlfriends favourite. Hazy purple colour, pink head. Aroma of blueberries, smells like a soda called cassis. Flavour is forest fruits, mainly blueberries. A bit thin, but not bad at all.

Sep 25, 2008 Bottle. Deep red color with pink hues, lots of floaties and a slightly pinkish head. Aroma of berries and some sugariness. Sweet flavor with berry juice, sugar, and light acidity with faint hints of lemon. Light to medium-bodied. Almost no Lambic character at all, but as a sweet fruit beer it’s fairly pleasant.

Sep 21, 2008 bottle from S-market Helsinki shared with FatPhil& Anna. murky darkish red bit white head Scent: punch of berries sweet. Taste black currant. sweetener bit articifal dash of sourness. Girlie beer but this girl is not so thrilled. Sticky aftertaste in this case is not good one

A pink pint. Complete with a pink head, and a little cloudy. Kinda
kinky, but forgivable in a berry beer. Sweet ribena-ey aroma. I like
ribena, me. Rather watery thin sweet body. Big ribena taste, some
slight saccharine edge. Very lacking on the lambic front - where’s the sourness? However, a very easy, fun, silly even, quaff. Pink pint, I ask you!
