cgarvieuk (2165), Edinburgh, Scotland May 4, 2008 Cask at Paisley Beer Festival 2008 ... amber ... light ginger nose ... thin little hop little ginger. RichardGretton (2580), Leicestershire, Leicestershire, England Apr 6, 2008 Bottle. Syrupy and golden looking beer with a strongish head. The aroma is firmly ginger and the flavour has hints of ginger with a bitter body and finish. Overall a reasonable beer. StueyD (590), King’s Lynn, Norfolk, Norfolk, England Jun 2, 2007 A pale copper orange coloured beer with a weak white head. A gingery nose, spicy with a hint of hop. The taste is dry and gingery, hoppy, slightly green and vegetal, likened to a chinese stir-fry! There is a trace of malt in the background. The finish is dry and gingery. (Cask - The Fat Cat, Norwich, Norfolk). flapjack (14), England Sep 6, 2006 Cask conditioned Norwich BF. This is a ginger flavoured beer that works. The taste is there, but subtle, and doesn’t detract from the quaffability of the beer.
