On draught at the brewpub in Coral Gables, FL. Pours a clear copper colored brew with an off-white head that slowly dissipates. Aroma of roasted bready malts, a hint of fruit, some light citrus and a touch of tart apple. Taste is medium bodied, flavors of caramel malt, a hint of dry rye, some citrus and tart fruit. Finish is semi-dry with a lingering tart malt aftertaste.

Draught at the pub. Reddish copper amber with a moderate foamy off-white head. Malt body is strongly evident with a slightly roasty nutty flavor. Finishes a bit bitter, dry. Light bodied.

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. British Fuggle hop, well malted, even some sugar.Abov average mouthfeel. Lacey. The bitterness is fine, but its a bit astringent like licking the hop leaf. Today I did not find this too drinkable.

Tap. Amber pour. Aroma is really bready and some yeast. Also some floral and sweet hops on the nose. The malt hits the tongue first with some bready notes and then the hops kick in. Just ok.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours copper with faint haze, off white head and sheet lacing. The aroma is full of bread and roastiness along with some soft hoppiness. The taste is up front malt roastiness, some biscuit, bread and nuttiness. By midway and to the finish an assertive pine hop and grapefruit hop bitterness surface and linger into the finish. It ends almost entirely with hop bitterness and the malts only a memory.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours amber with off white head. Mild floral aroma. Flavor was light malt with spices and some bitterness. Medium body with average carbonation. Not one of my favorites here.

Taster - Titanic Brewing Co - Coral Gables, Fl
Aroma – Mellow hops with a light overall nose.
Appearance – Amber in color, slight haze, nice light head.
Flavor – This had a nice very mellow bitter flavor. Malts where flavorful with some nice spices.
Palate – Buttery Mouthfeel, good texture with a dry finish.
Overall – Very dry beer had a very light bitter flavor. Was expecting more from this beer.
