Commercial Description:
Rye produces a complex flavored beer that is malty, fruity, and spicy, but slightly cereal in character. It finishes light clean and spicy. The color is amber.

On draught at the brewpub in Coral Gables, FL. Pours a clear dark copper colored brew with a creamy beige head that has some nice retention and lacing. Aroma of multi-grain malt some light toasted dark malt, and a hint of fruit. Taste is medium bodied, dry roasted multi-grain malt and dehydrated dark fruits. Finish is semi-dry with some toasted dark multi-grain malt, tart apple crisp with a mild bitterness that slowly disappears.

Lame, like cool Mineral water, infused with a macro lager. Major dissapointment.

Enjoyed on-tap at the brewpub. Decent appearance, a little head and amber colour. On the sweet side, with some fruitiness. Average mouthfeel, suitably carbonated. Just boring as sweet malty without an edge.

tap. Pretty good for a rye beer. Copper pour. Small head. Aroma is full of rye, roasted malt and slight hops right off the bat. Flavor is full of rye notes, caramel and a very faint hop presence. Not bad at all.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours clear copper with off white head and cobweb lacing. The mild aroma has notes of medium roasted malts, sweet maltiness and a faint tart twang. The taste is mildly roasty with some sweeter and nearly caramel malts all coming together. By midway a rye twang and vague hoppiness surface and carry the flavor into the finish.

Light golden. Dull, husky nose. Toasty, husky taste. A little bit of an astringent rye bite. Bland.
