| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 16/20 | Dec 26, 2007 Available on draught at the brewpub in Downtown Green Bay, Wisconsin. Pours a clear red copper amber brew with a creamy off-white head that has some good retention and spotty lacing. Aroma of sweet bready malt, raisins, some cloves, dark pitted fruit and a touch of Belgian yeast. Taste is medium to full bodied, some light carbonation, with flavors of Belgian yeast, semi-sweet bread malt and some clove. Finish is semi-dry with an artificial alcohol character from the Belgian yeast flavor and after taste.
