Sampled on draught: Pours a very cloudy, hazey bright yellow colour with a huge frothy white head. Aroma is very fruity on the nose, lots and lots of wheat, coriander, spice- most noticeably cloves. Maybe a little ginger, citrusy mouthfeel, full well carbonated, creamy texture with a initially sweet and wheat filled flavor which quickly produces a tart taste. Pleasent all around, and impressive. Nice job Dave! :)

On tap at Titletown. Pours a light yellow color with lots of haze. Aroma is light citrus, coriander, and wheat. Taste is lemon, coriander and some light wheat and orange peel. It’s a bit on the tangy side, but still refreshing.

(growler shared by Skyview) Pours hazy gold with a white head. Aroma was initially skunk, but soon changed over to an aroma that smelled exactly like deer sausage. The taste was also deer sausage-like, with a lot of spice, and slight bit of wheat at the end. This was a very odd beer, and I had to give it some extra points in the overall for being unique.

[growler] shared by skyview. Pours cloudy gold with a medium off white head. Aroma is quite odd, with summer sausage being the dominant aroma, and is also a little skunky. Flavor is cloves, yeast, and spices, with a little bit of that summer sausage coming through.

Thanks to Skyview for the growler. Skunked aroma, but he growler was only a few days old. I am going to ignore that aspect of the aroma and attribute it to this being a beer that should be served fresh. Otherwise, wheat and coriander in the aroma. Cloudy yellow, low carbonation. Flavor is surprisingly complex with citrus and wheat, spices, and just a little sour.

[Growler, thanks Skyview!] Pours hazy pale golden with a small white head. Wow, what is going on with this aroma? As I heard Guerde first note, it is like deer sausage with a little sweetness also present. Probably about the strangest smelling beer I have ever tried. The taste really is completely different, with wheat, banana and a hint of citrus. Medium-thin mouthfeel. What a completely bizarre beer--I’ve never tried anything like this before and I’ll give it points for its extreme uniqueness.

growler thanks to skyview. Light blond color with little head. smoky summer sausage aroma. this is completely contrasted by the flavors of citrus, light lemon, and sour with a slight bitter finish. light and refreshing.

Another growler from Skyview. Light and very murky yellow color with no head. Aroma was immediately skunky that then drifted into a spice mixture, very well summed up as summer sausage by someone else at the tasting. Much more of that in the taste, along with cloves, allspice and wheat. Very different tasting Wit.
