Commercial Description:
The Befuddelator Dopplebock is a traditional German style dopplebock brewed using 2-row, special Briess, special roast, roasted barley, and caramel malts. This lager is full bodied with a ruby black color and very little hop bitterness. Malt is the dominating flavor with warming alcohol in the finish. Dopple or double bock is typically served in the winter to take the chill off. The "ator": at the end is required by law in Germany to show that it is a dopplebock. Enjoy this winter warmer is moderation because it is 9.4% A.B.V.
